I am an outgoing and confident person.
I am interested in learning as much as I can about anything and everything IT.
I am a visual person and have extensive training in customer Service Management.
I also have knowledge of Office365 Admin, Python, Microsoft Packages, Windows 7, 8, 8.1,10
& XP, HTML5, CSS, Some PHP and Windows Server 2012, 2016 & 2019.
I work to ITIL standards. I am also currently studying my BSc (Honours) Computing and IT with Open University
MDM solution support – I have successfully set up Mobile phone devices onto a corporate network for both
Airwatch MDM and InTune MDM, I have implemented Impero EdLink MDM onto iPads and Android Tablets in an education environment.
Hardware/Software support – I Can provide both 1st & 2nd line support at the desk or via a remote setting, I also have the ability to perform certain 3rd line tasks such as server configuration, migration and VOIP system management.
